Exchange and returns of goods are subjected to a case-by-case review basis.

Exchange:

Sometimes the size is not right, or you did not like the colour and want to make a change. Solitaire Official will provide a one time full exchange.

Simply reach out to us via info@solitaireofficial.com. We will send you instructions for the return process.

The product will then need to be shipped back in its original packaging with no signs of usage.

Once we have received the original package, we will ship out the corrected goods.

Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with the product received, you are eligible for refunds under these circumstances:

• Full Refund (minus shipping fees):

Provided if the product is completely unused and returned within 7 days of delivery date.

• Partial refunds:

If the product is already worn or has signs of usage, there will be a restocking fee of up to 70%, subjected to the condition of the product. This restocking fee is involved as we will not be able to market the product as brand new. The product still has to be returned within 7 days from delivery date

The refund will not be processed until we have received and inspected the product returned. Upon receiving the item, we will process the refund within 2-3 working days. Solitaire Official reserves the rights on the amount to be refunded.
