Yes, we ship worldwide. Your international order may incur duties and import taxes, which are determined by your local customs authority. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Solitaire Official is not responsible for payment of duties & import taxes.

Do ensure that you provide the relevant information to your customs if required to prevent your shipment from being bounced back. Solitaire Official reserves the right to not refund for bounced shipments.

Do note that our in-stock products are made specifically for certain watch models. While we may release more products in future, you can reach out to us regarding customising a leather strap for your desired watch!

Our rubber straps are molded to fit solely for Rolex 40MM Sports Models, which include the Rolex Daytona, GMT Master II, Submariner 40MM, YachtMaster 40MM and Explorer II. When making a purchase of our rubber, do ensure that your watch is able to fit fully flushed straps. Buckles and respective watches are not provided.

For starters, we often request to know the intended usage for the strap, whether it is for casual daily use or for formal wear.

For casual wear, we highly encourage colours that are louder and bolder, with a special finishing such as metallic or rub-off finishing. This helps to create character and makes your wrist stand out, even if you’re dressed down in simple jeans & t-shirt!

If you are looking at something more formal, we will propose different tones of black and brown that are less commonly seen in the market. Your strap will give you a classic and sleek look, all while remaining exclusive and distinctive.   

Additionally, if you have a specific colour in mind, you can check out our past projects! You  can choose the brand of your watch and filter out by colour! Chances are, we have already done a
strap for a time piece that you own in your desired colour.

We do offer customized bespoke leather straps. Each strap is priced from SGD 280-420 depending on the leathers used with a lead time of 3.5 to 4 weeks.

Our default lining option uses the French Zermatt leather (which is used by Hermes as well). Zermatt leathers are soft to touch, sweat-proof and 100% waterproof.
Of course, if you prefer a higher quality leather, you can go for our Black Alligator linings which are not only waterproof but also more durable. 

We have a variety of models for you to choose from! Simply visit the product page, select the matching key fob shape to yours and browse through our available products!If the key fob cover combination that you desire is not available, you can contact us to place your order! Designs and styles are subjected to availability. Do note that the price for customization will be higher than the listed prices as it involves craftsmanship fees and require a lead time of 4-6 weeks. Our team will proceed with the order procedures with you and once we have received payment, the team will begin working on your key fob cover!
